The pairings have been announced for Monday’s highly anticipated Seminole pro-member event in Florida, and the roster boasts a slew of familiar faces, with none more prominent than Tiger Woods.
Woods, alongside PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh, will take to the course paired with none other than Justin Thomas and Mike Walrath. Their tee time is set for 7:47 a.m. ET off the first tee at Seminole Golf Club.
Adding to the excitement, Rory McIlroy will also be gracing the field, teaming up with his father Gerry. They’ll join forces with Padraig Harrington and Ed Herlihy, a notable chairman of the PGA Tour.
Among the other pros vying for victory are Nelly Korda, ranked as the No. 2 female player globally, along with Matt Fitzpatrick, Tony Finau, Collin Morikawa, and Cameron Young, among others.
Woods’s participation comes on the heels of his withdrawal from the Genesis Invitational due to illness two weeks ago. Whether he’ll be able to compete in the Arnold Palmer Invitational next week at Bay Hill in Orlando or the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass the following week remains uncertain.
Notably absent from the field for the second consecutive year are LIV golfers.
