Time 7.11 s and confident advancement to the final in the 60 m race at the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold in Ostrava. And in the final, the time 7.09 s and 2nd (the winner was Van Der Weken 7.08 s) – Ewa Swoboda in excellent style entered the indoor season 2025.
The representative of Poland, during Tuesday’s (04.02) competitions in the Czech Republic, won with a large advantage. Most importantly, Swoboda in this series set a new Polish record in the hall at a distance of 50 m – 6.12 s!
In the final, Polka led practically to the finish line, but eventually won Patrizia Van Der Weken from Luxembourg – commentators of Polsat Sport could not believe it for a long time (see video below). Swoboda was 2nd, and… on the 50th meter it was measured again 6.12 s.

Gwiazda sprintu kilka tygodni temu potwierdziła zmianę klubu na KS Podlasie Białystok. – Szukaliśmy z zespołem jakiejś pozytywnej zmiany – wyjaśniła w jednym z wywiadów, dodając, że KS Podlasie to najlepszy klub w Polsce, co motywuje ją do dalszego rozwoju.
