Rumors of a romance between golf star Rory McIlroy and CBS sports reporter Amanda Balionis have sparked intrigue among golf enthusiasts. This attention has also extended to Balionis’s husband, former NFL quarterback Bryn Renner. Reports suggest McIlroy’s wife, Erica Stoll, has felt ‘lonely’ due to McIlroy’s demanding career, as noted by Us Weekly.

Balionis added to the speculation about her own marital status with a recent Instagram post from the Wells Fargo Championship. In the photo, she was dressed in a green tee and black business trousers, sporting a Rolex on her left wrist and several bracelets on her right, but notably missing her wedding ring. This omission has led to questions about the state of her relationship with Renner.

Further fueling the rumors, Balionis has removed all mentions of Renner from her social media, causing fans to speculate about the status of their marriage and the nature of her relationship with McIlroy, especially given their on-screen chemistry during interviews.

Bryn Renner, after his university football career, had brief stints with several NFL teams including the Baltimore Ravens, Arizona Rattlers, Tennessee Titans, Los Angeles Chargers, and Pittsburgh Steelers. After his NFL career, Renner transitioned into coaching. He began as a quarterbacks coach at FIU and later moved to San Diego, California, to work with the La Jolla High School football team, focusing on mentoring and developing young quarterbacks with his extensive experience.
