After moving into this new property, Thomas sold his previous home for $3.1 million. This former residence held sentimental value as it once belonged to his friend and mentor, Tiger Woods. Initially listed for $3.65 million in March 2023, it was sold six months later for $3.1 million. This home featured four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, multiple living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar, a three-car garage, and other amenities, spanning 5,500 square feet. Thomas bought this property in 2014 for $1.49 million and made several improvements over the years.

Thomas’ current home is located on Riverside Drive in Jupiter, Florida. Purchased in 2022 for $13.5 million, this 7,600-square-foot waterfront property includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, and a 100-foot dock. The property covers 0.8 acres and was previously owned by plastic surgeon Gregory Delange and his wife Alejandra, who had demolished the original building to construct the current home.

Over his 11-year professional golf career, Thomas has secured 17 victories, 15 of which are on the PGA Tour, including two majors. His sports earnings exceed $58 million, excluding sponsorship income.
