After defeating Wiktoria Azarenki (6-0, 6:2) on Tuesday, Iga Świątek entered the 1/8 final of the WTA 1000 tournament in Dubai. The opponent of the Polish player was Dajan Jastremska.
The match ended with the victory of White and Red (7:5, 6:0). After the first equal set, the second ended with a certain triumph of the Polish woman. Thanks to this, Świątek won the pass to the next phase of the tournament.
