Tiger Woods, the legendary 15-time major champion, has ventured into the fitness world, gracing the front cover of a special 20th-anniversary edition of a fitness magazine. The issue features a 12-page spread detailing his diet and fitness regimen. However, amidst his endeavors, Woods faced personal turmoil when news of his affair with Rachel Uchitel surfaced, leading to his separation from ex-wife Nordegren, with whom he shares two children, Sam (16) and Charlie (15).
Charlie, following in his father’s footsteps, has begun carving his path in golf, showcasing his skills at the high school level. He even attempted to qualify for the U.S. Open this year, albeit falling short. Despite the allegations, Woods’ former restaurant manager, Herman, dropped the case against him last November.
On the golf course, Woods’ career has been marred by severe injuries sustained in a car crash in February 2021. Since then, he has participated in just eight PGA Tour events, completing all 72 holes on only four occasions. His most recent appearance was at this month’s Masters, where he made history by consecutively making the 36-hole cut for the 24th time at Augusta National.
However, the weekend proved challenging for the five-time Masters champion as he struggled, recording the worst round of his major championship career with a 10-over-par 82 in the third round. Ultimately, Woods finished the week in 60th place, shooting 16-over-par across four rounds.
