Relegated players often find opportunities on the Asian Tour, a partner of LIV Golf. The PIF-funded LIV Golf League has invested in the Asian Tour’s International Series, whose season-ending winner earns a place in the LIV Golf League. Although relegated players cannot compete on the PGA Tour or Korn Ferry Tour due to suspensions, they can play on the DP World Tour if they qualify. They can also participate in non-PGA Tour affiliated events and may receive sponsor invitations due to their LIV Golf background.
Additionally, some relegated players serve as reserves during the season, traveling with the circuit and stepping in for injured players.
