For nearly two weeks Szymon Kielan has been in Greece, and only now has he recorded a triumph. In the first round of the second installment of the ATP Challenger tournament in Chersonisos, Pole and Anthony Genow defeated Keegun Smith and Tung-Lina Wu 7:6(10), 4:6, 10-7.
Last week, Szymon Kielan appeared in the Greek Chersonisos to compete in the ATP Challenger tournament. He joined the competition in the doubles game with Anthony Genowe and failed to win the match.
After unsuccessful qualifying for the second installment of singles, Kielan broke through in a doubles game. He again took off in a duet with Bulgarian and beat American Keedan Smith and Taiwanese Tung-Lina Wu 7:6(10), 4:6, 10-7.

In the premiere edition of Kielan and Genow, they returned with a result of 1:4. Eventually, the final result was decided by the tie-break. In it, Smith and Wu were the first to work out the set ball, but they did not use it as much as the Pole and the Bulgarian.
Both duos were also wasting more opportunities. In the end, a total of 22 exchanges were played in the tie-break, after which Kielan and Genow won 12-10.
In the second game, the American and Taiwanese took the lead of 4:2, which turned out to be the key to victory. In the following guise, both duos maintained their passes, thanks to which Smith and Wu triumphed 6-4 and led to the decisive set.
Thus, a super tie-break took place, which the American-Taiwan couple started with a 3-1 lead. Kielan and Genow first led to a 5-5 draw, and then went out on 8-5. In the end, the Pole and the Bulgarian won 10-7, reporting in the quarter-finals.
